Can I Place an Order Without Creating an Account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, if you create an account, your shipping and billing addresses will be saved to our address book and you will be able to view your order history. Therefore your next purchase will be much more easier. We also provide exclusive offers to our subscribers.

What Currency Do You Charge?

We only ship to Turkiye at the moment. Therefore, your credit card will be charged on Turkish Lira.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards via PAYTR checkout gateway.

How Can I Contact You?

You can contact us by sending an e-mail at hello@nubobaby.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Any inquiries sent on the weekends or public holidays will be responded on the following business day.

What Size Should I Order?

We provide individual garment fit notes to each product page and a detailed size chart. If you still have questions please contact us at hello@nubobaby.com, and we will help you find the best size for your little one.

Do You Offer Discounts?

All of our subscribers will receive a one time 10% off in their first order. We will be providing further offers to our subscribers.

Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We only ship to Turkiye at the moment. We offer free shipping within Turkiye. Your purchased garment will be shipped from Istanbul/Turkiye. 

How Long Does It Take To Dispatch My Order?

Domestic orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 3 working days. Please note that orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

What is Your Return Policy?

You can return your items purchased from nubobaby.com within 14 days as of the delivery date. You need to create a return request before sending your item back to us. See the Return and Exchange Policy page for further information.

What is Your Exchange Policy?

If you want to change the size of the item you purchased from Nubobaby.com, you can contact us at hello@nubobaby.com and submit your new size request. Size exchanges can be made online, however style exchanges are not possible at the moment.

What If the Item I Received is Damaged or Faulty?

We ensure that all items sold are of the highest standards and quality. However, if you have concerns regarding your item please contact us straight away at hello@nubobaby.com. We will review the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

What If I Want to Change or Cancel My Order?

You can change or cancel your order if it is not shipped. Please contact us straight away at hello@nubobaby.com if you want changes in your order. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
